We carefully select and purchase a whole head of A5 grade quality Japanese black beef from all over Japan. We are able to provide "traceability" that allows us to confirm when the meat was shipped.
We offer a "Meal Only" course starting from 5,000 yen (tax included) and an "All You Can Drink" course starting from 6,700 yen (tax included). Sukiyaki and shabu-shabu courses with marbled meat as the main course are also available.
We also ensure quality control in order to provide you with a dish that will make you want to come back again. Please enjoy the tenderness and deliciousness that only Kuroge Wagyu can offer.
At Nakatsu Branch, the second floor kotatsu seating can be reserved for private parties of 25 to 30 people. Please contact us for company banquets, launches, reunion parties, etc.

Our customers can enjoy not only the standard and popular yakiniku parts such as tongue, ribs, and jalami, but also rare parts such as "uchi hira" and "hiuchi". One of our most popular menu items is the "Shiro Senmai" (white fish paste). The unique texture of this dish is addictive and makes it a great accompaniment to alcoholic beverages.
We have prepared the perfect drinks to go with our yakiniku menu. We have a wide variety of drinks such as beer, highballs and other standard drinks for drinking parties, as well as chu-hi made from Kyushu fruits and makgeolli, a standard drink at yakiniku restaurants.
